The location is great, and they serve a substantial and sensational breakfast; I stayed in a new double room with a pleasant view of the bay.

The food for breakfast was excellent, cereals, pastries, fruit, and cheese. It was based in really nice building in an amazing and lovely location, down towards the Bay of Napoli. The staff from start to finish were excellent friendly.

Location was good - view of Sorrento and the bay was stunning. Hotel shuttle into Sorrento very frequent and useful. Staff very helpful with local timetables and assistance with buses. Whilst publicity suggest the location unsuitable for those with walking difficulties, they should also explain there are steps throughout the Hotel. The location was not a problem.
Room was cramped and had a nasty pungeant 'musty' smell on entering. The curtains to the 'balcony' stank. We felt like we were in an old cupboard. Door key-card broke, air conditioning useless, the lift broke. Breakfast was poor with tinned fruit, not fresh. 'Breakfast' tea was restricted and only available if you asked - Lipton's was put out but no-one wanted it. The water for tea was lukewarm and did not brew the tea properly. The boiled eggs were inedible concrete - insufficient bread and croissants, the toaster did not work properly. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This hotel mainly caters for French and German guests and we did not feel particularly welcome. One night the 10.30pm shuttle bus back to the Hotel was overcrowded - French and German people pushed past families and sat visibly gloating as we had to wait an extra 1/2 hour for the bus to return to Sorrento for us. Use of internet charge exhorbitant for a weak signal.

The pool area was well-maintained and the location was stunning, really close to sorrento and amalfi coast, and se Pompeii and Amalfi as well as Capri.

We got a well laid out king room with a balcony available as an upgrade, a nice gesture. the hotel offered us the perfect location just next door to the hillside outside of Sorrento, central Sorrento, and a farm.

Very friendly hotel employees. Clean well furnished room with a superb view over the bay of Napels. Good breakfast. Free bus service to Sorrento.
Many English and/or touring car guests. Price/quality of evening dinner was slightly disappointing.

The hotel is far from the city , but if you are with car , is better to leave it in the parking of hotel and use the bus of the hotel that work well ( It´s impossible to park in Sorrento ).Finally ,Nino is all the time ready to help the guests .

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean throughout. The free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was very convenient, the road into town would be quite a hazardous walk otherwise with no pathway and a lot of motorists speeding round blind corners! We had a great view over the bay of Sorrento across to Vesuvius from the balcony, and it was very peaceful in the evenings.
Breakfast could have been a lot better, there was quite a basic selection.
